Balance Every Body Workout Class
In this class we work on optimizing joint health, posture, increasing muscular strength and improving our range of motion. We’re going to learn how to move properly in strength within all planes of motion, be able to effectively and more comfortably move in our every day life. We incorporate mindful breathing exercises and listening to our bodies so we can be more attune to its needs. Our goal is to be able to live our best life without injury or chronic pain. This class is geared for results with longevity, not short term though you may see immediate relief in some circumstances.
This class is in an intimate group setting with a maximum of five people so every body gets the personalized attention they deserve. Be balanced for life, join us today!
