BODYBLAST –

We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, and endurance! Have fun, work hard!

Herecomesthe #BOOM –

An amazing aerobic experience, utilizing martial arts based kickboxing techniques to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination and balance. No prior martial arts experience necessary.

BUILT FOR STEEL –

Training for improvements in everyday functional life activities, by creating a little more commotion! You will use kettle bells, medicine balls, barbells,just to name you up. Class format is combined with fast past cardio movements and weights.

PRIMETIMEL –

in Primetime, we are going to MOVE!! Sideways, front ways, back ways, ALL WAYS!! We will focus on movements efficiency, balance and coordination. Power and overall strength and resistance training will also be on focus as well as Flexibility. Remember, movement is medicine!
