CustomFit360 is proud to offer Small Group Personal Training classes. Used to the large, impersonal fitness classes in big box gyms? These classes are maxed out at eight people so your instructor can continue to focus on YOU and YOUR goals! It’s still personal training, just in a fun group with like-minded people ready for some serious action! If you are looking for a personal feel in a fun, interactive and exciting environment, small group training may be right for you. Fitness is fun and even better with your friends. Prime Time: Geared toward ages 60+, this class focuses on balance, agility, flexibility, cardio, endurance, coordination, general strength & fitness. It is meant to reduce pain, produce mobility and assist with weight loss. Owner Erik Schreiber will be leading and motivating this class. We are going to MOVE sideways, front ways, back ways, ALL WAYS! Have fun and work hard!
Body Blast 360: A circuit-based program that integrates strength training and cardio at a higher intensity. If you want HIIT, then this is the class for you. We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness including strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance. Have fun and work hard!
Cardio Kick Boxing (Here Comes the #BOOM!): Taught by former MMA professional, Kent Anderson, this class combines an amazing aerobic experience utilizing martial arts based kickboxing techniques to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination and balance. No prior martial arts experience is necessary.
Built of Steel: Sue Steel will lead you through a Crossfit Modality. This class is the only of its kind in the Bethany-Fenwick area. You will use kettle bells, medicine balls, barbells, just to name a few. Class format is combined with fast paced cardio movements and weights.
